Over 180 present representatives that control ECDL standard usage in over 147 countries, took this opportunity to give the reward to initiators from Sweden, Finland, Norway, Britain and Italy, whose idea with CEPIS support was accepted from the European Union

On XII Comitte IT STAR Meeting of 15 countries of Central and East Europe (CESE), which took place on November 11th in Bratislava, Giulio Occhini, president of Italian ICT Union AICA was elected president. It is expected tah this change will contribuite to better placement of EU donations for developing countries.

CEPIS postponed admission of Montenegro

On 37th Council of European Professional Informatics Societies, CEPIS Meeting that took place on November 18th in Bruxelles, was decided that admission of Montenegrin ICT Society was postponed for 6 months, because Montenegro does not exist in European parliament evidence.
